Job summary

RTI International at Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD, seeks a Senior Analyst for Financial Execution, Planning, and Executive Portfolio Support. You will provide senior-level financial and program analysis, support budget execution, and develop POM/BES exhibits for DoD RDT&E.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree, 7+ years of related experience, active Secret clearance, and proven briefing skills. Experience with EMPOWER/FIRE, GFEBS, and DoD financial management is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; DoD budgeting experience preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of related financial management and budget execution experience.
• Active Secret clearance and ability to brief senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare budget exhibits and justifications for Congress and POM/BES.
• Analyze appropriations and align funding with RTI mission and DoW processes.
• Develop PowerPoint charts and information papers for leadership reviews.
• Support senior leadership reviews internal and external to RTI.
