Job summary

RTI's Fort Belvoir, VA-based Financial Execution, Planning, and Executive Portfolio Support Senior Analyst position requires an active SECRET clearance. You will develop POM/BES exhibits, justify RDT&E programs, and prepare budget materials for Congress and the President's Budget.

You will support strategic planning, align funding with the DoW, analyze appropriations, create executive briefing papers, and coordinate with divisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required; 7+ years of DoD financial management experience preferred.
• Active Secret clearance required; experience developing POM/BES exhibits and funding justifications.
• Strong executive briefing and information-paper development skills.
• Experience supporting DoD program budgeting and RDT&E appropriations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare budget exhibits supporting appropriations requests and funding justification for the President's Budget.
• Support strategic, financial, and business planning to align RTI resources with DoW POM/BES.
• Analyze appropriations and align funding with RTI mission; prepare PowerPoint charts and information papers.
• Coordinate with divisions on current and planned activities; support leadership reviews.
