Job summary
People, Technology & Processes, LLC is seeking a Senior Analyst to provide financial execution, planning, and executive portfolio support for RTI’s Business & Operations Group at Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD. The role requires creating budget exhibits, analyzing RDT&E appropriations, and aligning resources with the annual POM/BES timetable.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (E2 Analyst, Financial Systems III).
- Minimum 7 years of related financial management experience (E2 Analyst, Financial Systems III).
- Active Secret clearance.
- Demonstrated experience developing POM/BES exhibits and analyzing RDT&E appropriations.
- 5-10 years of experience in strategic and business planning aligned to defense research activities.
- Strong executive briefing and information-paper development skills.
Responsibilities
- Prepare budget exhibits supporting appropriations requests from Congress and funding justification for the President's Budget.
- Support strategic, financial, and business planning to align RTI resources with the DoW POM/BES process.
- Analyze appropriations and align funding with RTI mission.
- Prepare PowerPoint charts and information papers; coordinate with divisions on current and planned activities.
- Support senior leadership reviews internally and externally to RTI.
