Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst in Mahwah, NJ to support their Transformation Strategies Finance team. This role focuses on partnering with commercial leaders in Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) and Neurotechnology markets to provide comprehensive financial support for complex sales opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of professional experience. Responsibilities include financial modeling, deal tracking, and support of cross-functional teams to improve forecasting and execution processes. Health and financial benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience.
• Working knowledge of forecasting and financial reports preferred.
• Product pricing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary Finance partner to ASC Regional Managers.
• Lead financial modelling and evaluation for new deals.
• Track deals end-to-end to ensure timely close.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast files.
• Partner with various teams to advance deals efficiently.
• Support month-end forecast, reporting and close activities.
