Job summary

52 Limited is seeking a Contract Senior Financial Analyst for our health insurance client. Qualifications

• BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, Statistics, or a related field with 6-8 years of progressive financial experience.
• Strong Finance/Accounting background with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
• Deep understanding of financial concepts including ROI, NPV, budgeting, forecasting, margin analysis, and business case development.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to translate complex financial information into clear recommendations.
• Comfortable partnering with stakeholders at all levels, including senior and executive leadership.
• CPA, CMA, MBA, ASA, and/or health insurance industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop financial models and analyses for capital investments, business cases and other strategic initiatives.
• Perform cost/benefit, ROI, NPV, margin and other complex analyses to guide decisions.
• Partner with project sponsors to develop, review, and reconcile project budgets and business cases.
• Evaluate the financial impact of proposed initiatives and recommend actions to leadership.
• Prepare and present regular and ad-hoc financial analyses for senior leaders and boards.
• Support projects through lifecycle from planning to post-benefit realization analysis.

We are searching for a Contract Senior Financial Analyst for our health insurance client. In this position, you'll provide financial guidance and analysis supporting strategic capital investments and business initiatives, partnering with project leaders and senior stakeholders from initial business case development through benefit realization.

As Senior Financial Analyst, you will:

• Develop financial models and analysis for capital investments, business cases, new opportunities, contracts, system conversions, and other strategic initiatives.
• Perform cost/benefit, ROI, NPV, margin, capital resource, and other complex financial analyses to guide business decisions.
• Partner with project sponsors and Project Managers to develop, review, and reconcile project financials, budgets, business cases, and change controls.
• Evaluate the financial impact of proposed initiatives and provide recommendations to senior and executive leadership.
• Prepare and present regular and ad-hoc financial analysis for audiences including senior leadership and Boards of Directors.
• Support projects throughout their lifecycle, including planning, implementation, project closeout, and post-benefit realization analysis.

Who we're searching for / About you:
