A nonprofit organization in South Carolina is seeking a detail-oriented Finance & Administrations Manager to oversee all financial operations. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, along with strong knowledge of GAAP and nonprofit financial operations. Responsibilities include managing financial reporting, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with various standards. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of related experience and proficiency in QuickBooks and payroll systems. This position is full-time.

Formación

• Strong knowledge of GAAP and nonprofit financial operations.
• Minimum 3 years of related experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll, reconciliations, and tax reporting.
• Oversee budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting for leadership and board committees.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, grant requirements, and financial policies.
• Coordinate audits, insurance coverage, and document retention.
• Supervise bookkeeper and support HR functions including benefits administration.
