The role requires a Bachelor's with 6–8 years in higher education or similar, strong communication, and the ability to navigate university policies. Hybrid work with in-office presence 3 days/week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, Master’s degree preferred.
• 6-8 years of related experience, preferably in higher education.
• Demonstrated knowledge of financial planning & analysis, budgeting, project management, resource allocation, and report development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads comprehensive financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the organization.
• Develops and executes long-term operational and financial strategies to support the mission and goals of divisions.
• Represents the organization in university-wide committees, ensuring alignment with institutional policies and priorities.
• Establishes and enforces administrative and financial policies to ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
• Advise divisional leadership on decisions related to the organization's finances, mediating differences between finance and operational decisions.
• Provides mentorship and leadership to management teams, cultivating a collaborative and results-driven environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
