• Comprehensive Financial Expertise: Proven experience managing full-cycle financial operations, including complex budgeting, cash management, accounting, auditing, reimbursement tracking, and procurement.
• Leadership & Strategic Supervision: Demonstrated success providing direct oversight and supervision to departmental staff, fostering a collaborative environment across leadership teams and regional/statewide finance networks.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Deep understanding of state and federal financial policies to guarantee full compliance, establish robust internal controls, and protect confidential organizational data.
