The role oversees budgeting, development of financial models, management reporting, and automation efforts, with a focus on enhancing systems, data governance, and scalable dashboards for real-time insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
• CPA/CMA certification preferred; FP&A certification is a plus.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in financial reporting and FP&A.
• Experience leading teams and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Produce monthly/quarterly management reporting packages (P&L, variance analysis, KPIs).
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes across the organization.
• Serve as strategic finance partner to senior executives and business units.
• Develop financial models and management reporting; automate routines.
• Prepare board and executive presentations and drive data governance.
