Job summary

DAPRA in Michigan is seeking a Director of Finance and Accounting to lead all financial operations on-site in Macomb. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis to support growth and profitability.

You will manage cash flow, general ledger, cost accounting, audits, and internal controls; mentor the finance team; partner with operations and sales on pricing and margins; and ensure compliance with GAAP.

Qualifications

• Experience guiding budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning.
• Proven ability to prepare and present accurate financial statements.
• Strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience leading finance teams and audits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis.
• Manage cash flow, GL, and cost accounting with strong internal controls.
• Lead annual audits and ensure GAAP compliance.
