DK Security, Inc. in Michigan is seeking a Senior Accountant to ensure the accuracy of financial records and GAAP compliance. You will lead month-end closings, manage reconciliations, and support budgeting, audits, and financial reporting in a fully in-office, full-time role.

Reporting to the CFO, you will collaborate with operational leaders, manage cash flow, and contribute to strategic financial initiatives while upholding internal controls and corporate policies.

Qualifications

• Experience ensuring accuracy of financial records and GAAP compliance.
• Proficient in month-end and year-end closing processes and reconciliations.
• Ability to support audits and prepare management financial statements.

Responsabilités

• Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts for accuracy.
• Record journal entries, accruals, and prepaids monthly.
• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
• Prepare financial statements and management reports.
• Monitor cash flow and assist with budgeting and forecasts.
• Assist with tax filings and regulatory compliance.
• Support CFO on special projects and analytics.

Formation

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
