The Wrench Group in Charlotte, NC seeks a Director of Finance & Accounting to guide the organization’s financial health, strategy, and controls.

You will lead accounting operations, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, partnering with executives to drive profitability and scalable processes across multi-location operations.

Ideal candidate has CPA, 10+ years in finance leadership, ERP experience, and a proven ability to influence senior leadership with data-driven insights.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• CPA strongly preferred; MBA is a plus.
• 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting leadership experience.
• Experience leading finance for a multi-location, service-based, distribution, manufacturing, or PE-backed organization.
• Strong background in accounting operations and financial planning & analysis.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with executive leadership to influence business strategy and operational performance.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary financial advisor to the Location President and senior leadership team.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and performance management processes.
• Develop and maintain financial models, scenario analyses, and business cases.
• Monitor revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, EBITDA, cash flow, and ROI.
• Develop executive dashboards, management reporting, and performance scorecards.
