Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Grant Development and Funding Acquisition
• Research and identify funding opportunities that support district priorities
• Coordinate with campuses and departments to identify funding needs and develop strategies
• Prepare, write, edit, and submit grant applications, budgets, and supporting documentation
• Maintain a district grant calendar and monitor deadlines, reporting, and compliance
• Bond Accounting and Reporting: establish and maintain accounts and budgets for bond activities and capital projects
• Monitor bond expenditures and collaborate with Operations and other departments
• Grant Accounting, Compliance, and Reporting: monitor grant expenditures and ensure compliance with grant requirements
• Prepare reimbursement requests, expenditure reports, and required financial submissions
• Maintain records for bond and grant activities and assist in audits
