Job summary

You will prepare financial reports, monitor expenditures, assist with audits, and support the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report. Bachelor's degree and government accounting experience required.

• Requires two years’ experience in government accounting or closely related government finance experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and post journal entries, adjustments, and reconciliations for grant-related funds.
• Maintain grant budgets and financial tracking schedules to ensure expenditures align with funding requirements.
• Prepare and submit financial reports, invoices, and reimbursement requests to granting agencies in compliance with grant terms.
• Monitor grant expenditures and balances to ensure proper use of funds and compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate with Grants Administration and other departments to ensure timely reporting and issue resolution.
• Assist with audits, monitoring visits, and financial reviews with supporting documentation.
