Commerz Globalpay GmbH, the joint venture between Commerzbank and Global Payments, is seeking a Field Sales Manager (f/m/d) to grow our B2B payments business in a dynamic, international environment.

You will own the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, engage with senior decision makers including C-level stakeholders, and shape lasting partnerships across the region. Fluency in German and English and a results‑driven mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• B2B experience and customer acquisition in sales.
• Strong knowledge of the payments industry, cashless or digital payments.
• Degree in Business Administration or completed commercial apprenticeship.
• Results-driven sales mindset with excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Excellent German and English skills; proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Acquire new B2B customers across your sales region and drive growth.
• Qualify and prioritize leads; manage the sales pipeline from contact to close.
• Build relationships with customers and decision makers, including C-level stakeholders.
• Develop offers, manage tenders, and negotiate contracts with Sales and Marketing.
• Drive regional targets and maximize the portfolio potential.
