Job summary

Synchrony is seeking a field sales professional to build relationships with Walgreens leaders across an assigned Texas region. The role focuses on driving credit applications, selling program benefits, and meeting credit goals while partnering with the SYF Regional Manager to align strategies.

Travel to stores and participation in meetings are required, with both virtual and in-person support. The position is based from a home office in the Austin/Dallas–Fort Worth/Houston area and includes a

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years in Financial Services or Retail management.
• 3+ years field or outside sales experience.
• 2+ years client relationship management experience.
• 2+ years of presenting to all levels of management.

Responsibilities

• Drive credit applications and sales to meet/exceed goals.
• Develop and maintain key client relationships with Region, District and Store level.
• Communicate credit performance, business updates and share best practices during Regional and District calls.
• Adhere to client guidelines for field interactions with field leadership.
• Develop credit strategies with RVP’s aligned with client processes and priorities.
• Audit credit signs and POS materials and communicate issues outside of compliance policies.
• Conduct ongoing credit training.
• Maximize credit support and commitment at RVP/District/Store level to drive performance.
• Collaborate with internal functional leaders.
• Attend/support store openings, relocations or off-site meetings as requested.
