Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze department performance metrics and forecasts.
• Review P&L reports, identify trends, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and execute annual business plans.
• Lead business development and provide strategic sales direction.
• Plan and manage workforce needs; assist recruiting and coaching.
• Promote safety policies and coordinate training.
• Ensure work follows SOPs and quality standards.
• Collaborate with other branches to deliver customer solutions.
• Partner with HR and regional management to drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor subordinate managers to strengthen leadership and technical capabilities.
