Myriad360 is seeking a Field Marketing Manager for the Central Region to lead regional marketing strategy and execution across the Midwest, Great Lakes, and Ohio Valley. You will own field programs, partner initiatives, and customer engagement to drive pipeline and revenue growth.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Partner teams, manage budgets, and deliver measurable results while traveling up to 40–50% in the Central region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Field Marketing, Event Marketing, Partner Marketing, or B2B Marketing.
• End-to-end event planning and regional marketing program experience.
• Experience in technology, VAR, IT services, cybersecurity, or channel partner ecosystems preferred.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; budgeting and ROI experience.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication; relationship-building with internal teams and partners.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Willingness to travel 40–50% across the Central region.

Responsabilités

• Plan, manage, and execute field marketing programs across the Central region.
• Develop regional marketing strategies aligned with revenue goals.
• Present program plans, updates, and performance metrics to leadership.
• Manage event logistics: venue sourcing, contracts, catering, AV, signage, promo items.
• Collaborate with Sales, BDRs, and Partner Marketing for participation and follow-up.
• Measure program effectiveness with pipeline influence, engagement, ROI, sponsorships.
• Maintain Field Marketing calendar and coordinate national initiatives.
• Prepare internal docs: event briefs, strategy docs, post-event analyses.
• Provide operational support to ensure flawless execution.
