Join MIRACORP at Fort Belvoir, VA as a Workforce Program Analyst. You will support a federal government customer with program coordination, workforce planning, stakeholder engagement, and executive level support for strategic initiatives.

The role requires US citizenship and a 4-year degree. You will coordinate priorities, prepare briefings, and track deliverables across senior leadership forums in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• US Citizen
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, human resources, organizational development, or a related field.
• Experience supporting federal government or DoD programs preferred.
• Experience with workforce planning, human capital, talent management, program management, or organizational initiatives.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare materials for senior and executive level audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple priorities, stakeholders, meetings, action items, and deadlines.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workforce initiatives, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely execution and alignment with priorities.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement across multiple departments and leadership groups.
• Support workforce planning, talent management, and workforce readiness initiatives.
• Develop executive briefings, presentations, and decision-support materials.
• Track priorities, risks, dependencies, and action items through completion.
• Coordinate implementation activities across senior leadership forums and cross-functional teams.
• Prepare meeting materials, capture decisions, and monitor commitments.
