Job summary

MIRACORP is seeking a Program Management & Operations Support Specialist to support WarU RCD, translating leadership priorities into actionable plans and ensuring timely delivery of strategic objectives. You will coordinate cross-functional initiatives, monitor progress, and prepare dashboards and performance reports for executive leadership.

The role requires 5+ years in federal DoD program support, strong analytical and communication abilities, and proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools and data

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of federal government or DoD program management/operations/executive support experience.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing complex multi-stakeholder projects.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience developing executive briefings, reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Translate leadership priorities into actionable plans with tasks, milestones, and schedules.
• Monitor initiatives, track progress, identify risks, and prepare status reports.
• Coordinate governance activities: logs, trackers, and documentation.
• Develop SOPs, governance docs, and internal guidance materials.
• Support SharePoint administration, version control, permissions, and records compliance.
• Prepare executive communications, briefings, and decision documents.
• Collaborate with government and contractor stakeholders to meet program objectives.
