Job summary

AECOM is seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee the long-term management and growth of the Federal portfolio in the Pacific Northwest, including Seattle, Portland or Anchorage. The role involves leading a dedicated PM team, guiding multi-year task orders, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate standards.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Engineering, Architecture or related field with 10+ years of PM/portfolio experience.
• U.S. Citizenship is required for this federal role.
• Valid Driver’s License; drug testing will be required.
• Preferred: 15+ years of related experience and PE/RA licensure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee federal project portfolios for USACE, NAVFAC, USAF and other agencies.
• Lead program management teams and coordinate with architecture, engineering and GC partners.
• Direct staff and subcontractors; ensure milestones and budgets are met.
• Develop pipeline, win strategies and client engagement plans.
• Prepare proposals with technical approaches and cost estimates; ensure QA.
