Qualifications

• Specialized experience defined as: expert-level financial management advisory support to leaders on complex policies and operational challenges.

Responsibilities

• Prepares correspondence and briefing materials to support taskings by the Deputy Director of Total Force Pay.
• Reviews and provides policy interpretations and recommendations on financial management issues.
• Performs technical review of materials submitted to the Deputy to aid planning and evaluation of mission programs.
• Identifies problem areas, analyzes data, and recommends actions to improve operations and prevent recurrence of issues.
• Represents the Deputy on committees and working groups, advising on critical issues from meetings and site visits.
