Job summary

Peraton seeks an experienced Deputy Program Manager for the Federal Strategic Cyber group in Arlington, VA. You will lead a large Federal cyber program, overseeing technical, schedule, cost, and quality performance while guiding subordinate managers to deliver contract obligations.

You will support business development initiatives, participate in cyber technology investment planning, and help shape proposals for Federal/DoD cybersecurity programs. Citizenship and TS eligibility required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and minimum of 12 years of experience managing complex information technology programs and large technical teams supporting defensive Cyber operations.
• Active CISSP certification.
• Experience leading large contractor teams of engineers, architects, requirements analysts, and IT/Cyber practitioners.
• Experience managing program performance to meet SLAs and scaling cloud services.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-disciplined program team and decisions on resource allocation, schedule, risk, and quality attainment.
• Assist in capture and customer engagement strategies, including whitepapers and responses to RFIs.
• Meet operational service level objectives and manage subcontractors.
• Engage customers to define future requirements and technology pilots.
• Utilize DoD defensive cyber operations experience and cyber intelligence functions.
• Manage Agile software development, malware analysis, and cyber investigation workflows.
• Develop dashboards, workflows, and introduce new processes and tools.
