Versa Networks is seeking a dynamic Federal Customer Success Manager to be a trusted advisor for key federal customers, coordinating internal resources and ensuring successful implementations of Versa solutions.

You will work across Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, Engineering and Professional Services in a highly matrixed environment, communicating with senior stakeholders and driving ongoing value and growth.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 10 years-experience in a similar role (Customer Success, Account Management, Project Manager).
• Experience directing and managing deliverables for a complex customer project in a customer facing role.
• Federal DoD Secret clearance highly desirable.
• Evidence of establishing and maintaining exceptional client relationships that fuel growth.
• Strong organization skills.
• You will need to be: Confident communicator; friendly, enthusiastic, comfortable talking to stakeholders of all levels via the phone, email, or in person.
• Comfortable working in a highly matrixed environment.
• a US Citizen.

Aufgaben

• Organize and coordinate internal resources to meet customer deliverables.
• Act as central point of contact with customer and manage Versa work streams.
• Assess and mitigate project risks.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer contacts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, Engineering, and Professional Services to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide guidance to maximize value of Versa solutions and identify growth opportunities.
• Produce internal and customer-facing reports on a monthly/quarterly basis.
• Develop and manage project plans highlighting status and risks.
• Engage internal resources to ensure project implementation and enhancements succeed.
• Document and lead all customer engagement information.
