Job summary

Cloudera is seeking a Senior Federal Civilian Account Executive to lead and grow a strategic agency territory. You will drive complex, consultative sales engagements and map Cloudera’s data analytics and Private AI capabilities to critical agency mission outcomes across multi-cloud and on-prem environments.

You will own go-to-market plans, build executive relationships with CIOs/CDOs/CTOs, and orchestrate cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable data solutions that meet federal data

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of direct, full-cycle enterprise software sales in U.S. Federal Civilian market.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas in complex, enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with Data Management, Analytics, AI/ML, Open Source ecosystems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Territory & Account Planning: develop a comprehensive strategy targeting Federal Civilian agencies.
• Consultative Solution Selling across multi-cloud and hybrid environments for data/platform technologies.
• Execute using MEDDPPICCC/MEDDIC to manage pipeline and forecast revenue.
• Navigate Federal procurement processes with contracting officers, SIs, and partners.
• Lead cross-functional teams including SE, Value Management, Professional Services, and Channel partners.
• Build and nurture relationships with C-suite and senior agency decision-makers.
