Job summary

Versar Global Solutions is seeking a Facility Space Planner to support HQ DAF space management across the Pentagon, JA Bolls, and NCR. The role requires coordinating relocations, space validation, and rent data planning to ensure efficient use of government real property resources.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in federal space or facilities management, strong analytical abilities, and the ability to brief senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a field such as Facilities Management, Business, Public Administration, Real Estate, Urban Planning, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in DAF/DoW/federal space or facilities management or real property programs.

Responsibilities

• Initiate, plan, and coordinate real property and space management programs for HQ DAF.
• Conduct interviews, on-site inspections, and space validation assessments.
• Analyze and allocate space resources to optimize utilization.
• Develop policies and guidance for space allocation and management.
• Manage office, storage, and special use space within the NCR and leased spaces.
• Support real property acquisitions, disposals, lease management, and budgeting.
• Prepare documentation for WHS and OSD space requests and approvals.
• Coordinate relocations and budget planning for HQ DAF space requirements.
