Responsibilities

• Lead the financial partnership for assigned repair facilities with plant managers and shop leadership.
• Develop and improve financial analysis and key operating metrics reporting.
• Translate financial results into operational insights; identify cost drivers and savings opportunities.
• Use dashboards and analytics to communicate findings clearly.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and planning for the facilities; analyze variances and advise corrective actions.
• Support capital investments analysis and reporting; monitor spend vs. plan.

Education

Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance

CPA or MBA in Finance/Accounting

Strong understanding of accounting principles

8+ years accounting/financial analysis experience
