Job summary

Gatik is seeking a senior finance professional to own financial data, reporting, and insights that drive decision making across the company. Based in Santa Clara, CA, you’ll produce financial statements, dashboards, and KPIs for leadership and manage customized reporting tied to ERP data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience across accounting, finance, FP&A, or related functions.
• Strong experience with ERP systems and NetSuite preferred.
• Experience with international consolidations and consolidated quarterly financial statements.
• Advanced Excel and dashboards/visualization skills to track financial and operational KPIs.
• Strong cross-functional communication and ability to deliver accurate work.

Responsibilities

• Own ERP-based financial and operational reporting across Finance, Operations, Sales & Marketing, and HR.
• Maintain and refine the company’s financial forecasts, liquidity needs, and leasing activities.
• Partner with Commercial, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to improve projections.
• Develop regional KPI reporting to measure performance, efficiency, and profitability.
• Build and maintain dashboards for leadership with timely financial and operating metrics.
• Support monthly and quarterly close activities and consolidation efforts.
