Job summary

Blue Origin LLC is seeking a Facilities Space Planning Project Manager to lead space planning initiatives across our facilities. The successful candidate will develop, implement, and maintain strategic space plans that align with organizational growth. This role requires strong project management skills and experience in facilities space planning.

The ideal applicant will ensure the effective execution of space utilization by managing projects from concept through occupancy, coordinating with multiple teams, and maintaining compliance with building codes and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in facilities space planning or project management.
• Experience managing complex, multi-site space planning projects.
• Strong understanding of building systems and construction processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive space plans for facilities.
• Manage end-to-end space planning projects from concept to occupancy.
• Coordinate with architects and vendors to manage fit-out and renovation.
