Job summary

TSMC Arizona is seeking a Facilities Contract Coordinator to oversee custodial and maintenance contracts at our Phoenix facility. You will ensure safety, compliance with building codes, and reliable service delivery while supporting site performance metrics.

You will collaborate with front-of-house teams and procurement to manage contract scope, RFPs, vendor audits, and budget planning. Travel to Taiwan for training may be required; strong vendor management focus drives cost savings and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or minimum 2 years’ experience in related field.
• Experience with custodial, landscaping, elevators, HVAC controls, and lighting.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Detail oriented and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Manage custodial and landscaping contracts and related vendors.
• Source contract vendors for onsite and long-term services.
• Maintain safe, clean, and compliant workplace.
• Develop relationships with factory customers and facilities peers.
• Monitor vendor performance against contracts and drive cost savings.
• Assist in budget development and management for outsourced services.
• Generate POs, track invoices, and liaise with procurement.
