Greater Midland is seeking a Director of Facilities and Grounds to provide strategic and operational leadership for maintenance, custodial, grounds, and facility operations across all locations. You will report to the COO and help build a culture of excellence while supporting the organization’s values.

The role requires 6+ years of supervisory experience, a bachelor’s degree in facilities management or engineering, and professional certifications in trades or project management.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, engineering or equivalent experience.
• Certifications in a trade; project management certification preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience supervising employees.
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in trades and/or project management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop maintenance, custodial, grounds, and facility operations teams across all locations; ensure strong culture, accountability, effective supervision, and appropriate staffing.
• Establish and maintain organization-wide standards for facility operations to ensure consistent, high-quality execution across units.
• Institutionalize and optimize Limble CMMS for assets, maintenance, work orders, inspections, inventories, and performance tracking.
• Develop and maintain an asset management strategy including lifecycle planning and replacement schedules.
• Develop and monitor KPIs; analyze costs, work orders, labor, utilities, and asset performance to drive efficiency.
