Job summary

Live! Hospitality & Entertainment seeks a Corporate Facilities Director to lead strategic facilities management, budgeting and capital planning for the Cordish/Live! estate from our Baltimore corporate office. You will align ownership, operations and design/construction, with dotted-line reporting to the COO.

You will drive cost optimization, oversee capital projects, supervise vendor negotiations, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while traveling up to 80% as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of proven facilities management/leadership experience in hospitality or related industry.
• Proven project management skills with on-time, on-budget delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic facilities maintenance programs across Live! estate.
• Oversee annual budget and capital planning with local leaders.
• Support capital improvement projects from inception to completion.
