Job summary

Xfinity Live! in Baltimore, MD seeks a Corporate Facilities Director to lead strategic facilities management, budget and capital planning for Cordish/Live! Hospitality and Entertainment estate.

You will serve as a key leadership link between ownership, operations and design/construction, reporting to the COO. Responsibilities include overseeing maintenance programs, capital planning, and contractor management across Live!

Qualifications

• 10+ years of facilities management/leadership experience in hospitality.
• Strong project management, financial analysis and relationship skills.
• Ability to travel up to 80% of working hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic facilities maintenance programs across the Live! estate.
• Oversee annual budget and capital planning with local leaders.
• Manage capital projects from inception to completion with stakeholders.
• Negotiate and manage contracts for facilities-related services.
• Coordinate with design/construction to support openings and renovations.
• Provide regular updates to executive team on schedule and budget.
• Advise leadership on facilities-related decisions with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure facilities are maintained to high standards and cost-efficient.
