Job summary

Sonic Automotive, Inc. is seeking an Automotive Finance Manager at Town and Country Toyota in Charlotte, NC. You will lead F&I programs, structure financing solutions, and ensure compliance while maximizing guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

Minimum 2-5 years of automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) experience in a franchised dealership.
Proven track record of achieving finance product penetration, profitability, and customer satisfaction goals.
Strong knowledge of automotive financing, lender programs, compliance regulations, and menu-selling techniques.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to analyze credit reports and structure financing solutions effectively.
Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS), CRM platforms, and finance software applications.

Responsibilities

Protect the legal and financial welfare of the dealership.
Support the efforts of other associates to be successful (be a teacher).
Meet F&I sales gross and percentage of product objectives as required by dealership.
Ensure the best relationship between the dealership and the guest, and with Toyota and Sonic Automotive.
Ensure paperwork is complete and compliant with laws and policies.
Package all deals for submission and fax required documents to banks.
