Job summary

Crystal Mountain Resort is seeking a Food & Beverage Purchasing and Receiving Manager to oversee procurement, inventory, and distribution of F&B products across the resort. You will manage par levels, vendor relationships, and receiving processes to ensure quality and cost effectiveness.

The role requires leadership, attention to detail, and strong communication to support a smooth supply chain and operational excellence at the resort.

Qualifications

• Manage inventory, par levels, and purchasing workflows.
• Lead and train staff on food safety and inventory controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, storage, and distribution of goods across resort departments.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and conduct regular audits.
• Generate reports on purchasing activity and costs.
