• 5+ years of experience in food and beverage operations, with a focus on multi-unit or corporate environments.
• Proven leadership roles such as General Manager or F&B Director.
• Strong budgeting and financial oversight capabilities across multiple locations.
• Ability to mentor managers and build high-performing teams.
• Experience developing long-term strategies to enhance service quality and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and elevate F&B operations across our expanding portfolio of full-service hotels.
• Serve as primary F&B contact for ownership groups and asset managers, providing clear reporting, forecasts, and recommendations.
• Analyze portfolio-wide performance data (revenue, labor, cost of goods, guest satisfaction) to identify trends and drive profitability.
• Evolve existing restaurant brands and develop new concepts to support growth.
• Champion a people-first culture by mentoring property leaders and building strong teams.
