Shaner Hotels is seeking a strategic, innovative Corporate Director of Food & Beverage to lead F&B operations across our full-service portfolio. This remote East Coast role includes regular travel to hotels to provide hands-on leadership and shape the F&B vision as the company grows beyond 2027.

The role requires overseeing F&B across multiple properties, deep reporting to ownership groups, and portfolio-level analytics to improve profitability and guest experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in F&B operations across multi-unit or corporate settings.
• Proven success in senior leadership roles such as General Manager or F&B Director.
• Skilled in strategic planning, budgeting, and financial oversight across locations.
• Strong leadership with mentoring of managers and cultivating high-performing teams.
• Experience developing and executing long-term strategies to enhance service quality and profitability.
• Expertise in budget management, cost control, and revenue optimization.
• Proficient in restaurant management software, POS systems, and inventory control.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Committed to maintaining high guest satisfaction and proactively resolving service issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead and elevate F&B operations across our expanding portfolio of full-service hotels.
• Act as the primary F&B contact for ownership groups and asset managers, delivering clear reporting, forecasts, and recommendations.
• Analyze portfolio-wide performance data (revenue, labor, cost of goods, guest satisfaction) to identify trends, close gaps, and drive profitability.
• Evolve our existing restaurant brands and develop new, market-leading concepts that support our continued growth.
• Champion our people-first culture by mentoring property leaders and building teams where associates thrive and deliver exceptional service.
