Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4–10 years of related logistics and management experience.
• Experience leading logistics teams including coaching and performance management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to review performance and forecast data.
• Ability to build relationships with vendors, customers, suppliers, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate external logistics activities to meet goals.
• Review logistics results, expenses, and forecast data to track progress.
• Collaborate with administrative team to adjust goals and operations.
• Lead External Logistics team and hire/train staff.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure smooth performance and meeting requirements.
• Ensure safety compliance and apply established policies in daily operations.
