Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4–10 years of related logistics and management experience.
• Experience leading logistics or transportation teams, including training and delegation of responsibilities.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to review performance, expenses and forecast data.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with vendors, customers, suppliers and cross‑functional internal teams.
• Knowledge of transportation pricing, carrier management, product distribution and external logistics operations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills to coordinate multiple priorities and drive process improvements.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate external logistics activities.
• Review analysis of logistic results, expenses, operations, and forecast data.
• Collaborate with administrative team to adjust goals or operations.
• Lead External Logistics team including delegation of responsibilities and training on new processes.
• Interview, hire, coach, and evaluate logistics staff.
• Ensure safety regulations and wear prescribed safety equipment.
