Job summary

NODA AI, Inc. is seeking an Export Controls & Trade Compliance Manager to own day-to-day export controls and compliance. This hybrid role will coordinate licensing, classifications, and regulatory submissions while working with engineering, contracts, and security teams to embed compliant practices across programs.

You will manage registrations, screenings, and training, ensuring audit-ready records, and collaborating with outside counsel on complex legal matters. The role requires U.S.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on U.S. import/export or trade compliance experience.
• In-depth ITAR, EAR, OFAC, CCL/ECCN/USML knowledge.
• Experience preparing or tracking DDTC/BIS licenses or classifications.
• Familiarity with DECCS and SNAP-R government systems.
• Regulatory correspondence, DDTC notifications, and approvals experience.
• Knowledge of Technology Control/Transfer Plans and license exemptions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as internal owner for export controls and trade compliance, driving program execution.
• Manage DDTC registrations, renewals, filings, certifications, and government correspondence.
• Prepare and track export licenses, agreements, authorizations, and classifications.
• Document jurisdiction and classification for software, data, hardware under USML/CCL/ECCN.
• Conduct restricted and denied party screening and compliance documentation.
• Support ITAR/EAR exemptions, TTPs, and audit-ready records.
• Collaborate with ISSM, FSO, IT, Security, Engineering, and Finance to embed compliance.
