Job summary

CeLeen seeks an Exercise Planner to support the National Guard Bureau (NGB) and the Army Interagency Training and Education Center (AITEC). The role reports to the Project Manager and coordinates development, synchronization, and control of exercises across varied environments.

Responsibilities include managing scheduling, budgeting, and planning conferences, producing after-action reports, and coordinating with Federal and State agencies to advance training objectives.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2 years of related experience.
• Experience in install protection and security, command post operations, disaster planning, HAZMAT/CBRN, CM, ICS, DSCA, first responder ops, public health, EM, NIMS, HSEEP.
• Professional proficiency in English is required.
• Excellent presentation, communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to pass a federal background investigation (including fingerprinting).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain CeLeen liability insurance.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis (CeLeen does not sponsor visas).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development, synchronization, conduct and control of AITEC exercises.
• Manage scheduling, budgeting, and planning conference facilitation.
• Oversee development of realistic exercise scenarios to meet training objectives.
• Provide progress reports to the Government during the planning phase and participate in planning meetings.
• Coordinate with external agencies for research support and curriculum development.
