Job summary

B3H Corporation seeks an experienced Exercise Plans contractor to support Det 1 at Fort Leavenworth, KS. The role requires deep knowledge of Theater Air Control System, AAGS, and joint exercise planning within the MCTP framework.

You will coordinate planning cycles, write MSEL storylines, and ensure air-ground integration across multi-echelon events. As an Air Component SME, you will work with senior Army and Air Force leaders, exercise directors, and planners to facilitate effective air plans,

Qualifications

• 3+ years AOC/ASOG/ASOS operations, planning, or instructor experience.
• 3+ years AOC/ASOC/JAGIC or TACP operations/plans experience.
• 3+ years AOC/ASOC/JAGIC or TACP with TBMCS and Army Mission Command Systems.
• Participation in two or more AOC/ASOC/TACP joint exercises as plans/operations officer.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate processes, products, programs and people for ongoing MCTP events.
• Integrate functional specialties (AOC, JACCE, JAGIC, TACP) in planning cycles.
• Write and integrate MSEL storylines and coordinate air-ground networks.
