Phase2 Technology is seeking an Exercise Planner to improve organizational mission performance in global defense. The role involves operational planning analysis, exercise support, and project management, requiring over 5 years of experience in related fields and a Bachelor's degree. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package, and the salary range is projected between $69,400 and $158,000 annually. A Secret clearance is required, with the potential to travel up to 20% of the time.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience planning and executing a Component or Joint Exercise Program.
• 5+ years of experience with planning at an Operational or higher level HQ staff.
• Knowledge of Joint and Multinational exercise design at the operational level.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical services to perform operational planning analysis.
• Develop and implement effective plans and procedures for clients.
• Create content to help tell a realistic story.

Skills

5+ years of experience planning and executing a Component or Joint Exercise Program

5+ years of experience with planning at an Operational or higher level HQ staff

Ability to travel up to 20% of the time

Secret clearance

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and the Office 365 environment

Education

Bachelor's degree
