Job summary

A prestigious national security organization in Hawaii is seeking a knowledgeable Exercise Planner to support military programs and training exercises. The ideal candidate must have a Top Secret security clearance, relevant experience in exercise planning, and a strong understanding of the Pacific theater. Responsibilities include coordinating military exercises and providing operational and logistical support. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range from $90,000 to $145,000 USD, along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience at Higher Headquarters organization.
• Possess knowledge of Pacific theater relationships and interactions.
• Experience as a staff-level exercise planner.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate Field Training Exercises and Command Post Exercises.
• Analyze exercise objectives and tasks for logistical support.
• Support exercise planning and document lessons learned.

Skills

Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility

Experience planning/executing CPXs/FTXs

Operational/logistical experience in the Asia-Pacific Theater

Strong interpersonal/social skills

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Education

Bachelor's degree

Associates degree with 3 years experience
