Job summary

Zoox is seeking an experienced executive recruiting professional to lead leadership searches and build robust talent maps. You will partner with executives to define criteria, craft targeted outreach, and screen senior candidates who align with the company's mission in autonomous vehicles.

You will develop market maps for Director to C-Suite roles and act as a brand ambassador to industry leaders while expanding a strong candidate network.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of total sourcing experience.
• At least 1 year of executive search at Director level or above.
• Proactive candidate sourcing expertise.
• Experience developing and maintaining complex talent maps and pipelines.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Interest in the autonomous and electric vehicle industry (bonus).

Responsibilities

• Conduct extensive research to map talent landscapes in robotics, AI, automotive, software, hardware, and operations.
• Collaborate with Executive Recruiting and hiring partners to define search criteria and build top-of-funnel strategies for niche leadership roles.
• Craft bespoke outreach campaigns to engage passive executive candidates.
• Conduct initial high-level screens assessing qualifications, leadership capability, cultural fit, and interest in Zoox’s mission.
• Build and maintain a network of potential future leaders.
• Develop recruitment strategies and data-driven market maps for Director, VP, and C-Suite roles.
• Serve as a first point of contact and brand ambassador for industry leaders, articulating Zoox’s mission and value proposition.
