You'll build market intelligence, run confidential searches, and shape the company's executive talent capability while maintaining discretion and a high-touch candidate experience across Blue

Qualifications

• 10+ years of full-life cycle executive recruitment experience.
• Proven track record in VP/SVP level searches and confidential searches.
• Strong judgment, market intelligence, and ability to influence at executive level.
• Fluent with recruiting platforms and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute executive recruitment strategies aligned with company goals.
• Lead proactive market mapping and benchmarking for senior roles.
• Screen, assess, and present executive candidates with reports.
• Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers to shape hiring decisions.
• Ensure a confidential, high-touch candidate experience.
