Job summary

The State of California's Department of Law Enforcement seeks an Analyst II to independently perform complex analytical and technical work supporting the department's mission. This role requires initiative, confidentiality, independence, and good judgment across a wide range of tasks, including record retention and training coordination.

  • Carry out administrative, research, and analytical support duties for the office.
  • Coordinate confidential management issues and workload related to records and training.
  • Create, monitor, and maintain projects significant to the Division to relieve executives.
  • Serve as DLE’s Record Retention and Training Coordinator; ensure mandates are met.
