Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in executive communications, corporate communications, or public relations.
• 2+ years directly supporting C-suite executives in a fast-paced organization.
• Experience managing an executive’s social media presence and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Experience maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Ability to write in the executive voice and tailor messaging accordingly.
• Ability to interview subject matter experts and synthesize insights into strategic stories.
• Ability to craft executive-level presentations with strong visuals.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority deliverables under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Create executive-level content to support the C-suite’s external engagements.
• Draft speeches, remarks, Op-Eds, video scripts, and talking points with appropriate tone and cadence.
• Interview internal SMEs to extract crucial story elements and topics.
• Develop reusable storytelling assets for use across media, investor conversations, and events.
• Produce polished, presentation-ready decks with clear visuals and narratives.
• Develop the CEO’s social media strategy and write high-impact copy in the CEO’s voice.
