Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton seeks a Strategic Cell Specialist, Lead to guide clients' strategic communications and leadership messaging. You will create briefs, speeches, memos, and presentations for DoD or government senior leaders, shaping top priorities and messaging.

You will manage recurring deliverables, coordinate with internal teams, and support leadership meetings and program reviews, applying AI insights and PNT tech experience.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience working directly with senior leaders in the Department of War or Government agencies.
• 10+ years of experience creating briefs, drafting talking points, writing speeches, editing reports, and preparing leaders for events and engagements.
• Experience defining strategic objectives and key initiatives.
• Experience facilitating leadership offsites.
• Experience with Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) technologies and systems.
• Experience leveraging AI tools for strategic communications purposes, and knowledge of potential pitfalls.
• Ability to work without direct supervision, be highly motivated, and display a dynamic work ethic.
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree
