Job summary

Adecco Group’s LHH Recruitment Solutions in Denver is seeking an Executive Recruiter to lead full life cycle direct-hire recruiting for senior-level roles. You will partner with clients to define objectives, analyze hiring needs, and deploy targeted recruiting strategies to secure top talent.

You will build and nurture candidate pipelines, conduct behavioral interviews, negotiate fees, and stay current on market trends to deliver results for premier clients across finance and related sectors.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years recruiting top-tier, mid- to senior-level candidates.
• Bachelor’s degree OR five years of professional work experience.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Knowledge of ATS, CRM systems and current sourcing methods.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships and pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Develops client accounts and generates new business through candidate and client leads, referrals and marketing.
• Partners with clients to analyze hiring needs and create strategic recruiting plans.
• Stays abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruiting.
• Builds and maintains subject matter expertise on target industries, clients and roles.
• Screens resumes and conducts behavioral-based interviews and competency-based evaluations.
• Negotiates fee agreements with clients and completes corresponding communications.
• Nurtures continued account development for new business opportunities.
• Maintains and grows networks with industry contacts and professional associations.
